When the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), also known as the federal Financial Services Modernization Act of 1999, was signed into law, its implications seemed vague and far away. Adding to the confusion, state insurance departments have only recently begun to create their own requirements regarding the way to handle your personal information.
I value you as a customer and have always kept your personal records private. It is necessary to collect information from you to provide you better products and service and this information will only be shared with carriers that provide you the best products for the premium.
